Refund policy

Customers can cancel the order anytime before delivery. In case of Prepaid orders, you'll get instant refund for entire amount. After receiving the order, you need to go according to the Return Policy. 

Process of Return 

For Return or refund request, please call our customer care helpline 1800 309 9855 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. Product will be eligible for return or replacement with in 7 Days after delivery.

• Training : Muzzles, Sticks, E Collar
• Life Style : Shoes, Socks, Goggles, T Shirts, Fancy Dress, Collar Tags, Bandanas, Bow Tie, 
• Dental Care : Tooth Brush, 
• Accessories : Warning Plates, Scooper

 

Conditions in Return and Replacement

Please note that the product should be unused and sent back as it's original condition. Refund or replacement will only be processed after a quality check of the product by executives.

 

Damaged in transit

Free replacement will be available if Product has been damaged in Transit.

 

Replacement

In order to get a defective or wrong item received, please contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped with in next two working days.

Replacement Product Delivery time

Once your return approved by our team, it takes 5 to 7 business days of new replacement delivery. It also vary according to the destination Pin code, weather condition etc.

Order Cancellation by CITY PET™

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

Refund Credited Time

Estimated Refund Credited time is 5 to 7 Business Days.  Time can vary according to Banks, Payment methods etc.

Consumable items like Dog Food & Treats, Dog Shampoos, Supplements, and other Pharmacy Products are not eligible for return or exchange. But, in case of wrong product received by customer, full refund or free replacement will be available.
